Tips for your ear

Earrings with no holes that look like the real deal: you'll find them here. You clip or slide every fake ear piercing in this collection around your ear, with no needle and no appointment at a piercer. Start with one ring on your earlobe or go straight for a full stack along your helix and conch.

How earrings with no holes work

Nothing goes through your skin. Everything stays in place thanks to a clip or the shape of the piece itself. In this collection you'll find three kinds:

  • Ear cuffs: you slide them over the edge of your ear and press gently. The double ear cuff in gold has two rings joined together, so it looks like two piercings side by side.
  • Spring rings: the smooth and the twisted ring. Pull them open by the tab, put them in place and let go. They click themselves shut.
  • Open rings: delicate rings with a detail at the front, like a moon, star or butterfly. You bend them open a little and clip them around the edge. They're made as nose rings, but look just as cute on your helix.

Fake helix piercing, conch or earlobe: where does it go?

  • Helix: the thin top edge of your ear. Almost anything works here: the open rings, the smooth and twisted ring and the ear cuffs. For a fake helix piercing with a small accent, grab the ring with star in gold, for example.
  • Conch: the middle part of your ear. A double ear cuff sits beautifully around the edge there and gives you a fake conch piercing in one go.
  • Earlobe: no holes in your ears? With a smooth ring of 10 or 13 mm or the 13 mm twisted ring you still get an earring with no hole.

Which style and size suits you?

The smooth ring in silver and its gold sibling come in three sizes: 8, 10 and 13 mm diameter. For your earlobe, choose 10 or 13 mm; the bigger the size, the more it stands out. The twisted ring in gold is 13 mm and its twisted pattern makes it catch a little more light than a smooth one.

Fancy something more delicate? The moon ring in silver is about 8 mm, with a 0.8 mm wire and tiny balls at the ends. Rather go for bling? The pavé ring in gold has a curved bar full of cubic zirconia stones. All open rings with a detail are also under fake nose rings.

How to put a fake piercing in your ear

  1. Pick your spot: earlobe, helix or conch.
  2. Spring ring? Pull it open by the tab, put it around the edge and let go.
  3. Open ring? Gently bend it open a little, put it around the edge and push it softly closed, without squeezing hard.
  4. Ear cuff? Slide it over the thinnest part of the edge of your ear, move it along to your spot and press gently.
  5. Turn the prettiest detail to the front and check the result in the mirror.

Build an ear stack without a needle

A good stack starts with one eye-catcher. For example, put a double ear cuff in your conch, an open ring with a detail on your helix and a smooth ring on your earlobe. Want to keep it calm? Stick to one color. Rather go playful? Mix gold and silver on purpose.

Looking for clip on earrings for men? A smooth silver ring on your earlobe or a twisted ring on your helix is clean and simple, and you're not tied to anything. More styling ideas in how to wear an ear cuff.

Look after your ear rings

Take your fake piercings out before you sleep or work out. Never squeeze a ring shut too hard: start carefully and only bend it a little tighter if it's too loose. Done wearing it? Put it back in the white NONPIERCED box it came in, so nothing gets lost.
