14-day cooling-off period
Not quite your thing after all? You have a 14-day cooling-off period. It starts on the day you received your complete order.
Conditions
- The product is unused and shows no signs of use.
- You return it in its original packaging (the white NONPIERCED box).
- We do not accept returns of piercings that have been worn or show signs of use.
How to return something
- Let us know within 14 days that you want to return something via the contact form. Include your order number.
- Put a note in the parcel with your name, your order number and the reason for the return.
- Send the parcel within 14 days of your notification to: NonPierced, De Ketting 216, 7007 DJ Doetinchem.
Costs
The shipping costs for the return are for you. You are responsible for making sure the parcel reaches us safely, so keep your proof of postage.
Refund
Once your return is approved, we refund you within 5 working days via the payment method you used (and always within the statutory 14 days). If you return the entire order, you also get back the standard shipping costs of your order.
