That depends on the type. A nose clip is U-shaped and has a ball on the inside. A nose ring is an open ring around your nostril. The smooth and twisted rings have a tiny spring that clips them shut. From the front, with most piercings you see exactly what you'd see with a real one: a stud or ring on your nose, a ring under your nose, rings along your ear or on your lip. The difference is that nothing goes through.

The smooth ring comes in 8, 10 and 13 mm. 8 mm sits closest around your nose, 10 mm is the classic size and the most comfortable around your lip, and 13 mm stands out on your earlobe or lip. The twisted ring comes in 13 mm.

Too loose? Squeeze it a tiny bit tighter, very carefully. Pinching? Bend it open just a touch. Do it in tiny steps and never squeeze too hard.

You wear it as long as you like. Do take it out when you go to sleep or work out. Take a fake lip piercing out before you eat too.

Not sure, or do you have sensitive skin? Then wear your piercing briefly at first, for example for an hour, and see how it feels. If you notice irritation or it doesn't feel nice, take it out right away.

No. The magnetic septum is not suitable for people with a pacemaker or other medical implant. Go for the septum clip or one of the other septums without a magnet instead.
