Ordering from Belgium

Live in Belgium? Then just order here. You pay in euros, shipping is €5.95 and from €20 (so from 3 piercings) we ship for free. For returns, the same 14 days to change your mind apply as in the Netherlands.

Delivery time

In the Netherlands your order usually arrives within 1 to 3 working days. Shipping abroad can take longer. Unfortunately, delays at the carrier are out of our hands. Fill in your address carefully, so your parcel ends up in the right place.

Returns

Not happy with your order after all? You have 14 days to change your mind. They start the moment you've received your whole order.

• The piercing must be unused, without signs of wear.
• Send it back in its original packaging, so in the white NONPIERCED box.
• Send your return back to us within 14 days after you've notified us.
• Return shipping is at your own cost. You're responsible for making sure the parcel arrives safely and undamaged.

How returns work

1. Let us know through the contact page that you want to return something.
2. Put the piercing in its original box and pack everything well.
3. Add a note with your name, your order number and the reason for your return. That helps us handle it faster.
4. Send your parcel to the return address you get from us after you've notified us of your return.
5. Return approved? Then we refund you within 5 working days via the payment method you used.
